Since we work with natural materials, particularly wood, each piece has its own unique grain patterns and subtle variations in color. While the design, dimensions, and overall appearance will be consistent with the photos, the natural characteristics of your specific piece will be one-of-a-kind—making your WUD-U bag truly unique to you.
Care & Maintenance
Are WUD-U pieces waterproof?
Our wooden elements are treated with natural water-resistant finishes, but they are not fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water or damp conditions. Our raffia and leather components have varying degrees of water resistance. For detailed care instructions, please refer to the product-specific information included with your purchase.
How do I care for my wooden WUD-U piece?
To keep your wooden WUD-U piece in optimal condition: Store in the provided dust bag when not in use. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or moisture. Clean with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Apply a small amount of food-grade mineral oil or beeswax every 3-6 months to maintain the wood's natural luster. Avoid contact with water, alcohol-based products, or harsh chemicals. Each product comes with specific care instructions tailored to its materials and construction.
Do you offer repair services?
We offer repair services for most of our products. If your item needs repair, please contact our customer service team with photos and a description of the damage, and we'll provide a repair quote. For minor touch-ups, we offer care kits that include appropriate materials and instructions for basic maintenance.

How much can WUD-U bags hold?
Our bags are designed to be both beautiful and functional. Most styles can comfortably hold everyday essentials like a phone, wallet, keys, and small cosmetics. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location: United States: 5-7 business days. Canada & Europe: 7-10 business days. Australia & Asia: 10-14 business days. Rest of World: 14-21 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that handcrafted pieces may sometimes require additional production time, especially for custom orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return: Log into your account and select the order you wish to return. Select the item(s) and reason for return. Print the return label and return form. Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging materials. Attach the return label and drop off at the specified carrier. Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. You can request an exchange through your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team. Please note that if the replacement item has a different price, the difference will be either charged or refunded accordingly.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

Are your products vegan?
Some of our products are vegan, while others incorporate leather elements. We clearly label which products are fully vegan in our product descriptions. For our items that do use leather, we primarily use upcycled leather offcuts from other industries to minimize environmental impact. If you're looking specifically for vegan options, you can use the "vegan" filter in our product catalog.
Do you use endangered wood species?
No, we never use endangered wood species in our products. We primarily work with reclaimed wood from sustainable sources, and when sourcing new wood, we only use species that are abundantly available and harvested through responsible forestry practices. We work with forestry experts to ensure our wood sourcing supports healthy forest ecosystems.
