- All WUD.U pieces are handcrafted with care. Orders typically require 1-3 business days for processing before shipping.
- Custom and made-to-order items may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Ghana: 1 business day
- Africa: 3-5 business days
- International: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We work with reliable DHL EXPRESS to ensure safe and timely international delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
WUD.U is not liable for any delays due to customs clearance.

Lost or Stolen Packages
WUD.U is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or delivery service.
If an issue arises, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for assistance.
