In addition, when using WUD.U’s particular services, including but not limited to purchasing products, creating an account, or subscribing to our newsletter, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
3. Products and Services
WUD.U offers a variety of bags and accessories for sale through our e-commerce platform. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color, texture, or detail of the product will be accurate. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product.
4. Order Acceptance and Pricing
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. WUD.U reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
All prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of taxes (unless otherwise stated). Any applicable taxes will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
WUD.U ships to addresses within Ghana and internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing for international orders or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
6. Returns and Refunds
WUD.U offers a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags. Some products may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns. Customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
7. User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to create an account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
8. Payment Processing
We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely through our payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) utilized.
For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
The WUD.U name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of WUD.U. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
10. Product Reviews and User Content
By submitting reviews, comments, feedback, or other content to our site, you grant WUD.U a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media.
You agree that your content will not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights. Your content must not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WUD.U and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WUD.U, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the website.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that comes closest to the intention underlying the invalid provision.
